Meghan Trainor debuts 'Title' at No. 1 in America this week with sales of 195,000, according to Nielsen Music.
She is the 13th woman to have scored a No. 1 debut album and a No. 1 debut Single in the US. 'Title' includes her debut smash "All About That Bass," which stayed at no.1 for eight weeks becoming Epic's longest-reigning No. 1 ever, passing the seven-week reigns of Michael Jackson's "Billie Jean" and "Black or White".

Trainor has added a second Hot 100 top 10 from 'Title' as "Lips Are Movin" has reached No. 4. Of the 13 leading ladies above, only five have followed their debut No. 1 single directly with a second top five hit. Trainor is the fifth, after Tiffany, Carey, Aguilera and Beyonce.
